Terms of Service

These terms cover bjel.ke, bjelke.domains, and bjelke.christmas, including sign-in at auth.bjel.ke. They are run by Bjelke Solutions AS, Norway. Using a site means you accept these terms. The Privacy Policy says what we store.

Accounts

An account is your X account, via Sign in with X. You are responsible for that account and for what you search or guess while signed in. Do not submit someone else's secrets.

Fair use

Use the sites as a person would. Do not scrape them, bypass a limit, or automate domain search or door guesses. Daily search quotas and guess rate limits are part of the product. An account that abuses them can be refused or banned.

Domain search

bjelke.domains tells you whether Christoffer owns a name on Vercel. It is not a domain registrar, and it is not legal, trademark, or investment advice. A result can be wrong or out of date.

The christmas contest

A separate contest terms page will be published closer to launch. It is not written yet. What it will say, in short: the prize is $50, anyone with an X account may join, a minor is paid through a parent or guardian, and if a payout is not possible because sanctions forbid it, the prize goes to the next person on the leaderboard. Those rules will live on that page, not here.

No warranty

The sites are provided as they are. They can be wrong, incomplete, or unavailable, and they can change or close. To the extent Norwegian law allows, Bjelke Solutions AS is not liable for loss caused by using them. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Law

Norwegian law applies. Disputes are handled by the Norwegian courts, without limiting a mandatory right to sue where you live.
